We are offering an accredited management and leadership course that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and mange teams and projects in their organisation. This programme is tailored to our industry to ensure it is fit for purpose as well as transferable to those individuals looking to upskill. The qualification is delivered remotely and has been designed to support learners to select combinations of units to address their own development needs and interests.
These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. Anyone enrolling onto these qualifications will gain student membership of CIMSPA for free and the qualifications are mapped to CIMSPA’s General Manager Professional Standard.
We have options for learners to complete either the award, certificate or diploma.
- For the award learners must complete at least one unit to a minimum of 4 credits (40 TUT hours) to achieve this qualification*
- For the certificate learners must complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits (130 TUT hours) to achieve this qualification*
- For the diploma learners must complete a combination to a minimum of 37 credits (370 TUT hours) to achieve this qualification*
