Summary
We developed for Table Tennis England a specific workshop for volunteer coordinators at their national coaching conference.
Approach
We discussed with Table Tennis England the specified and how we could modify the volunteer coordinator workshops we developed for runningsports, ECB and the RFU. We produced a two-hour workshop that was delivered at their national conference to clubs from all over England. The workshop had many inter-active activities to stimulate and enhance learning which led to a positive group engagement.
Outcome
The workshop feedback was very positive, and the delegates took away the tailored resources on how they could recruit and use a volunteer coordinator.
