Summary
We led the development of the England Korfball level 1 coaching award.
Approach
Our approach involved working with the England Korfball coaching committee to develop a fit for purpose learning programme, online learning, a learner resource along with administration documents to ensure the course could be delivered and administered effectively.
Outcome
The first course was delivered at Loughborough College and the tutor provided the following feedback:
"The Level 1 Korfball Award new format is fun - very game focussed, with plenty of opportunity to share ideas and learn from others. As well as something a bit different on to add to a CV, learners will gain the confidence to deliver basic game based sessions straight away".
