Colin is responsible for our online learning and information technology provisions. He is experienced in developing online learning content that is engaging for learners but also inclusive for learners. Colin also supports our consultancy team with research and insight projects.
TEODORA GELEVA
Human Resources Manager
Teodora is an Associate CIPD member, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and working towards her Master’s Degree in Strategic People Management and Human Resources, alongside a Level 7, CIPD Chartered member. Teodora holds extensive HR experience and is responsible for implementing and monitoring our HR strategies and procedures, along with upholding human resource processes.
Teodora also works alongside managers to support with advice on human resource issues, such as equal employment opportunity and safeguarding, and adhering to and maintaining adequate employment legislation awareness.
IESTYN RIMMER
Online Learning and Data Officer
Iestyn's main responsibility is to create/upload online learning content for our elearning courses, Iestyn is skilled at coding so is able to develop content that is more intuitive and inclusive. Iestyn's other main tasks are managing the database and working with data in relation to apprenticeships as well as supporting research and insight projects.
LUCY WALLBANK
Marketing & Business Development Officer
Lucy works cross-company, leading all of our marketing activity. From designing eye-catching infographics to promoting our training opportunities to working behind the scenes on data and analytics, no two days are the same for Lucy.
FARIDA ADUBOAHENE
Finance & Business Support Officer
Farida specialises in finance and also plays a vital role cross company, supporting operations in education and apprenticeships. Farida coordinates our day-to-day finance, overseeing account payables/ receivables, sales/purchase invoices, and reconciliation.
She has responsibility for Archery GB courses, liaising with learners, venues, and tutors to ensure courses are running smoothly. Farida also supports the apprenticeship department to ensure apprenticeship compliance documents are up-to-date and monitors learner progress.
Lastly, Farida works with partners who use our meeting room ensuring a positive experience.
