This section walks you through the requirements to make sure we are clear and consistent and you meet our requirements and also the making sure you are clear about our culture of delivery and if you have any problems you will know where to look or who to contact to resolve these.
Before you are able to deliver you will need to read the cultural code and the workforce handbook. You will need to complete the contract and after doing so please inform us of any changes to your employment status. This contract should be sent to our HR Manager
We will also need your DBS and confirmation certificate of undertaking Safeguarding and Protecting Chilren or equivalent from within the last three years.
When all these documents have been sent we will send you links for our manditiry training in safeguarding, health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion and GDPR. These we feel are essential to maintain your professional development and are contextualised for Sport Structures.
When all these quality assessments have been made we will orientate you into the courses you are approved to deliver and then access will be granted to the resources elsewhere on this workforce site.
