Summary
Our Project Executive, Colin Geenes supported EMD UK with an embedded role to manage EMD UKs research and insight.
Approach
Colin’s role was to support the organisation with the development and analysis of their annual participant survey and to monitor and evaluate a pilot programme they had developed to increase participation in sport and physical activity amongst inactive people. Colin was embedded with the EMD UK working from their offices on a part time basis with additional support from Rebecca Gibson (Senior Business Manager).
Outcome
We helped EMD UK develop new methods for presenting data with insight reports that could be given to their key partners. We also developed an evaluation method to be used for their pilot programme. We enjoyed our work with EMD and left them in the position to employ a full time member of staff responsible for insight and technology.
