Outline
We delivered a programme to support the continual professional needs of aspiring teachers at the university.
Approach
With met with the university to identify which courses would best suit the needs of students. From this, we organised courses and workshops including:
- Safeguarding and Protecting Children
- Emergency First Aid
- Futsal
- Hockey
- Tchoukball
- UK Ultimate
We were responsible for organising the workforce, resources and administration for all courses.
Outcome
Each course was tailored to the group (considering prior knowledge and experiences) and delivered effectively. Feedback included:

"The tutor was really good, felt like he passed on very good information, delivered it well and got everyone involved".
