Case Studies
Basketball England
We have worked in partnership with Basketball England since 2007 to provide a programme of coach education to ensure supply meets the demand of those wishing to access basketball coaching courses. Additionally, we have supported with the development of Basketball coaching courses, in both regulated and non-regulated formats and the workforce to ensure the quality of delivery.

Norwich City Community Sport Foundation
The Community Sport Foundation is one of the largest in the country and needed a training provider to support the development and growth of their community coaching provision.
They wanted to identify a training partner to work together and create a comprehensive workforce development programme that encompassed education and training for their staff and the wider community.
British Dressage
We were approached by British Dressage to support the review of how effective their workforce development pathways were, including riders, coaches, judges and other roles. This review involved identifying the effectiveness of currently funded programmes and recommending what funding programmes would sit best in a joined-up workforce strategy that best meets the needs of British Dressage in the future.

Club Matters
In 2017 Sport England commissioned us as part of a multi-supplier consortium to deliver the Club Matters programme with a particular focus on learning and development for volunteers from community sports clubs and organisations and the professional workforce that support them. We work collaboratively with the other consortium suppliers who lead on content development, stakeholder engagement, digital development and monitoring and evaluation to ensure the support offer for sports clubs, organisations and volunteers is as up-to-date and relevant as possible to inspire change at a community level.
