Summary:
We were commissioned by England Lacrosse to develop a specific strategy to develop the sport within schools particularly in areas of deprivation.
Approach:
We took a facilitative approach to the development of the strategy with the senior and development team. This approach brought out some key objectives for the development of clubs and intervention in schools from areas of deprivation.
Outcome:
The strategy was produced with an initial positioning of Lacrosse and the LTAD model and also club-school link programmes.
