Summary
We worked with the British American Football Association to support them with a stakeholder consultation held at the home of Saracens Rugby Club.
Approach
The consultation was established to gain the views of members about how the governing body was performing, consulting on the vision and key objectives. Following a day of facilitation, key actions for the following year were agreed.
Outcome
The feedback from the day was really valuable. We worked with the board to further shape the four-year strategy, using facilitated workshops to generate discussion and key actions.
