Summary:
As the development partner for archery, we were approached by Archery GB to support their Sport England funding submission process.
Approach:
We worked with the NGB to set up a project board and sounding group to ensure ‘buy in’ to the submission. We were responsible for managing the timescales of the Archery GB submission and for collating the information required and putting the framework of the final report together. Archery GB, Sport Structures and the Sport England investment manager worked closely to develop the submission most appropriate for archery.
Outcome:
The final submission report was sent to Sport England and Archery GB was successful in securing an award of over £800,000.
