We’ve been supporting Active Partnerships across the country by meeting with them and their local delivery partners to discuss how apprenticeships can effectively be used in their organisations. We attended the Yorkshire Sport Foundation’s Connect event on 14th May which focused on a workforce fit for the future. In this workshop we facilitated group activities exploring the use of apprenticeships and answered questions in a panel style interview.
In addition, we also attended the Leap partner forum in Aylesbury on 19th June which focused on children and young people. We presented information on apprenticeships and how different sports organisations can utilise them. We will continue to support organisations to understand the benefits of using apprenticeships to grow and develop talent in our sector.
