We are delighted to announce the renewal of our partnership with Sport Birmingham to be the recognised training provider to deliver and coordinate coach and volunteer training provision until up until August 2022.

We have been working in partnership for the last six years and organised a variety of minimum standard workshops including UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children, Emergency First Aid and CPSU Time to Listen workshops. Collectively, we have also responded to local training needs by organising training for specific groups:

Adam Warden, Workforce Manager at Sport Birmingham said:

"I am pleased that Sport Birmingham's relationship with Sport Structures will continue for the foreseeable future. In the current climate Sport Structures have managed to adapt their training offer brilliantly and we look forward to working closely with them to ensure this continues to meet the needs of the sport and physical activity sector across Birmingham."

Kath Robinson, Director at Sport Structures said:

“We look forward to working closely with Sport Birmingham to ensure the provision of training can meet individual and organisational needs at a local level. Our aim is to ensure training remains accessible to encourage individuals to develop their skills, knowledge and opportunities. This has always been at the heart of Sport Birmingham’s approach and is reflective of our values and philosophy too

Further training dates for courses in the New Year will be released shortly.
