The training covered two aspects. Firstly we delivered an element of making sure they manage effective meetings. Secondly the majority of the day was spent on the governance of the group and where does this fit within the County FA structure. In the three workshops in Leeds, Wycombe and Bristol they were all attended by the majority of IAGS and led to some positive action to be taken and more research to make sure that the groups become more relevant and effective.
