On Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th June, the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hosted the annual conference for the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) and our Business Manager Ross Szabo attended the event.
There were workshops throughout the two days giving advice and guidance on all areas of training provision. Key speeches from The Skills Minister, the ESFA and Ofsted gave information on the direction of travel in the industry and also updates on current policies. As always it was a good opportunity to meet other training organisations and share ideas and best practice. At Sport Structures, we continue our AELP membership to ensure we are always up-to-date with the industry trends and requirements to allow us to give the best possible service to our employers and apprentices.
