For task 11, learners are required to be observed coaching a 40 minute korfball session in their own environment (e.g their club).
Assessment Topics for Task 11
We encourage learners to select an assessment topic based on the needs of the team/players they are coaching for task 11. This list can be found on the left side of your screen ‘Task 11 L2 Korfball Assessment Topics’.
The diagram below details the process for finalising your e-portfolio and requesting an ‘in-situ’ assessment. Please be aware that England Korfball are currently in the process of recruiting assessors across the country which may cause a slight delay if you wish to be assessed ‘in situ’.
Your assessment fee is covered in your course fee along with assessor travel expenses up to a 75 mile round trip. If the assessor travel exceeds 75 miles, you will be asked if you are able to cover any variance in mileage up at a rate of 30p per mile.
Please be aware that review time-scales identified in the document are a guide. The maximum amount of time for assessments to be reviewed will be 4 weeks
