Progression opportunities
Learners who complete modules through the non-regulated route may wish to continue their development by choosing to regulate their learning. This means opting into formal assessment and working towards a recognised qualification, such as a Level 3 Award or Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership.
Alternatively, you may also choose to progress into a management and leadership apprenticeship
