You will need your contact and invoicing details, any purchase order number, proposed dates and times for five virtual classroom sessions and two face-to-face tutored sessions, and your venue address or proposed city.
The form also asks about your tutor and assessor arrangements, anticipated learner numbers, your reasons for organising the course, and whether you would like Basketball England to advertise it to external learners.
You will be asked to confirm a minimum of 25.5 hours of tutor contact and your agreement to the course organiser terms and conditions. Please read these before submitting your request.
