Tasks between practical day and assessment day

It is recommended that you plan, deliver and review these sessions after the third virtual classroom as this session will help you to prepare.
Reasonable adjustments
If you have a disability, health condition or specific learning need such as dyslexia, please inform us as soon as possible so we can modify the delivery of the course to maximise your learning experience.
Learner contract
To make the most of your course experience, it is important that you understand that, in registering for a course, you are committing to a set of standards and behaviours to ensure you achieve your qualification and experience a positive learning environment. Please refer to the ‘Learner Contract’ document. If you do not agree to committing to this contract, please contact [email protected]
Registration Period
Please be aware that your registration period is valid for 2 years from the start date of your course. It is recommended that you complete the qualification in this period.
If for unseen circumstances, you need to apply for an extension, you must contact us at least 1 month prior to your registration expiry date..
Certification
We will certify you with 1st4Sport who will dispatch your certificate to the address you identified when you booked onto the course. This usually takes 4/6 weeks to arrive. Certification will not be processed if:
- Your record of achievement has not been submitted (and you have yet to complete all tasks)
- There are any outstanding course fees
We strongly encourage you to notify us if you change address prior to certification being processed. This will avoid you having to pay a fee of £25 for a replacement certificate.
Re-Assessment
In the event that you are deemed not yet competent, you can be reassessed within a 24 month period from registration. You are welcome to attend a future assessment day of another course but must contact us in advance so we can confirm this is feasible. Alternatively, an assessor can assess you in your own environment. The re-assessment fee is £50 and includes assessor mileage up to a 50 mile round trip. Additional mileage will be charged at a rate of 30p per mile. Video assessment opportunities are also available.
