Technical Challenges
We recognise when conducting virtual sessions, technology can sometimes go wrong. We encourage you to re-join the course as soon as you can. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late for the course, the tutor has the right to refuse your entry to the course. If you are unable to re-join, you will be given the option to re-join another session in the future. Each circumstance will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If, for any reason, the virtual classroom does get infiltrated by somebody who is not supposed to be present in the session, the tutor will close the virtual classroom immediately and asks learners to re-join.
