From coaching courses to policy development – tailored support for each sport

We work closely with a range of system partners to deliver key services and strengthen their operations. Our embedded approach means we become part of their team, providing both strategic and operational support where it’s needed most.

For Basketball England, we administer all of their coaching courses, ensuring smooth delivery and a high-quality learning experience for coaches nationwide. With the British American Football Association (BAFA), we provide hands-on operational support, including developing policies and managing coaching courses. For England Korfball, we design and administer their coaching pathway and contribute to wider operational delivery.

This work enables national governing bodies to focus on their strategic priorities, while we take care of the detail – providing reliable administration, modernised processes, and high-quality delivery that supports the growth of their sports.
