Summary

The workforce needs analysis to training plan is a process that supported Norwich City Community Sports Foundation in assessing their workforce and producing a training plan that meets the needs of the organisation.

Approach

The survey is designed with the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation using a range of modules based on national occupational standards along with some standard questions based on essentials for the coach or member of staff. These questions are formatted into an online survey branded to Norwich City Community Sports Foundation needs. From the online survey, we process and analysis the outputs and format into an analysis document which is benchmarked against other data collected through other surveys. From this analysis we are able to identify the training needs of both the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation and the all the individuals.

Outcome

Norwich City Community Sports Foundation has a needs analysis of staff and the organisation which is benchmarked against national data. The training plan is suitable for Norwich City Community Sports Foundation and gives them direction for further training.
