Outline
As part of our partnership with the Norwich City Sports Foundation we are supporting the development of new tutors as well as up-skilling present tutors to be able to deliver higher level courses. The training is both at level three and four.
Approach
We delivered City and Guilds level 4 Education and Training to senior staff to enable them to deliver PESS Level 3 in the future. The emerging staff have gone through the 1st4sport Award in delivering learning. These staff will be delivering learning through the NCS and BTech programme.
Outcome
The new tutors delivered across the Sports Foundation and as a result of this the Foundation have seen an improvement in staff delivery through the formal and informal training.
