Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard

The Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard is a 12-18 month programme that gives individuals the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work in a management and leadership role. The apprenticeship is taught through a blended approach and includes an accredited management and leadership qualification. Twenty percent of the apprentices time must be spent on off-the-job activities as detailed in the delivery plan.

The programme is developed and taught with our sector in mind to ensure that the theoretical concepts are contextualised to create a more bespoke and insightful course. Anyone enrolling onto this apprenticeship will gain student membership of CIMSPA for free and the programme is mapped to CIMSPA’s Entry Manager Professional Standard.
