Level 3 Community Sport and Health Officer Apprenticeship - Walsall FC Community Programme


Location: Walsall, WS1 4SA

Annual Wage: £8,840.00

Working Week: Min 35 hours a week. You may be required to work weekends and evenings within the 35 hours. Days and times to be confirmed.

Total hours per week: 35.0

Duration: 15 months

The Apprentice will be responsible for assisting our qualified Football Coaches, Youth Workers and Health Specialist in planning, preparation and delivery of high quality interventions.

Duties/Activities will include:

  • Assisting the development and organisation of coaching programmes in the community.
  • Assisting the planning, preparation and delivery of high quality sport provision to children and young people in a community environment.
  • Although the main coaching area will be Football, all candidates must be comfortable with delivering a variety of different sports to support our inclusive and health related projects.
  • The apprentice will also have administrative responsibilities.
