Strand Two - Coaching and Leadership
The Coaching and Leadership strand 2 required we offer a Level 1 qualification, or equivalent, in Sports Coaching or Leadership. As a Sports Leaders UK delivery centre we will be delivering the Sports Leaders UK Level 1 Award in Sports Leadership.
There will be an opportunity for those entering employment to progress to Level 2, via Train to Gain or Apprenticeship, Future Job Fund as applicable. We will also be linking these candidates into the Coaching Communities programme enabling them to have a clear pathway into sports coaching.
