Training & Facilitation
We provide a number of options to support and develop coaches, volunteers and professional staff in sport. These include Sports Coach UK and runningsports workshops, Sports Leaders UK awards, our tailored workshops, business skills workshops and conferences. Our year round programme supports our national award winnning Coaching Communities Programme as well as the development of professional staff, coaches and volunteers through the delivery of a broad range of workshops and courses.
1st4Sport Accredited Centre
As an accreditted 1st4Sport Centre for a number of NGB and industry specific qualifications for the development of staff, coaches, tutors, assessors and mentors.
We are delighted to be a runningsports offical partner. This enables us to actively deliver runningsports workshops. runningsports is dedicated to providing skills and support for sports volunteers. On the runningsports website you’ll find practical support such as Frequently Asked Questions, Quick Guides, Top Tips, workbooks and details of specific workshops to give you the tools, techniques and skills that will immediately help you to administer and manage even more effectively.You’ll also be able to join the runningsports Network, offering free access to downloadable resources.
As official partners we are keen to develop runningsports programmes specfiically with governing bodies, county sport partnerships or local authorities.
sports coach UK
We have accredited and experienced tutors who are able to deliver a number of Sports Coach UK workshops. In addition, we also provide a service for clients, where we are able to manage the organisation, marketing and delivery of workshops effectively.
Sports Leaders UK
We are an accredited Sports Leaders UK Centre and are able to deliver a number of leadership qualifications. We have experience in delivering these awards in a range of different environments and to different client groups.
Sport Structures workshops
We have developed a numbe of workshops for the industry and have provided these across governing bodies, national sports organisaitons, county sport partnerships and local authorities
Bespoke workshops
Sport Structures are experts in developing new or modified workshops to make them relevant for current needs or to suit the specific needs of the client. If there is a subject which requires a specific workshop that requires development please contact the team.
The company has worked with Governing Bodies and County Sport Partnerships to develop facilitated training to engage and empower participants so that a posiitve enjoyable learning enviorment is created.
To support the bespoke workshop resources and handout materials have been developed to enhance the ongoing learning and understanding of the subject area that is delivered.
Facilitation
It may be that training courses or workshops are regarded as too formal for the needs of a client. Therefore Sport Structures offer facilitation services aimed to empower and engage individuals in a process of discussion and feedback. All Sport Structures staff are qualified facilitators through the 1st4sport Tutoring in sport qualification.
