We have considerable experience in workforce development and have successfully completed projects with National Governing Bodies, Local Authorities and County Sports Partnerships. These projects have included developing region and county-wide action plans, new strategies for recruitment and planning documents for future training needs. We work with a wide range of clients to create workforce development plans and have further supported these clients in their implementation. Our experience is wide ranging and includes developing TNAs (whether paid or unpaid), organisational or departmental action plans, new organisational strategies, new recruitment policies to address equity issues and the use of workforce surveys to address future recruitment needs.
We provide a range of training and development in either formal or informal environments through the provision of either tailored or accredited workshops or courses. Tailored workshops or courses can be client or consultant led and can act as part of an overall Continuous Professional Development programme. We offer flexibility by developing new or modified workshops to make them relevant and suit your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss your specific workshop requirements.
It may be that training courses or workshops are regarded as too formal for the your needs. We can provide facilitation services aimed to empower and engage individuals in a process of discussion and feedback. All staff are qualified facilitators through the 1st4sport Tutoring in sport qualification.
