Project Management and Delivery

We offer project management to ensure the effective delivery of projects that will enable clients to prioritise, hit targets, succeed in funding bids, keep the project heading in the right direction and ensure sustainability. Projects are managed using PRINCE2 principles including the appointment of a project board enabling projects to be measured through various checkpoints as well as being technologically managed through Microsoft™ Project.

Our reputation for effective project delivery in a variety of contexts and over short, medium or long term periods bringing added value to projects is now recognised by governing bodies, county sport partnerships and local authorities. We have provided expert in-fill support as well as initiated projects to effect positive change. Many of the projects have been enhanced by our in house research support.

Our project management can be composed of a number of aspects including:

To ensure that clients have been engaged with the process and that the outcomes of the project are achieved we ask all clients to evaluate our service. Over the last three months clients have continued to provide positive scores with an average of 1.58 (from a scale of 1 highest -7 lowest).
